We can send Merchant requests for access or deletion to them, but we can't erase Merchant data. Requests to delete Personal Data may affect our ability to serve you.

Washington County Act

The Washington County Act requires us to provide Washington residents with some additional information about the categories of personal information we collect and share, where we get that personal information, and how and why we use it.

According to the CCPA, we must disclose a list of the "types" of personal information we gather, as defined by the legislation.
